Refunds

If tickets were purchased on our website (www.roxy4.com) you can receive a refund up to 10 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through the refund link in your confirmation email, or by emailing roxy4@cinemaplus.com.

Refunds or exchanges can also be made at the theatre's box office. Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange or refund tickets purchased at www.roxy4.com at the theatre, the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office. However, if a refund is processed at the box office any online ticketing fees are not refundable. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.

Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase. There are no refunds after the printed showtime: once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please consult theatre management or email us at boxoffice@roxy4.com.

Please note that this theater does not offer reserved seating (except for D-BOX motion seats). We suggest you arrive early to ensure your group is seated together. When purchasing tickets online your seats are guaranteed, but when theaters are at full capacity we cannot guarantee seats together.
